Johannesburg, South Africa – October 7, 2024 — Acclaimed instrumental and light classical composer Jacques Rautenbach is making a global impact with his emotionally rich, genre-blending sound. With over 28 years of experience in the music industry, Jacques has released 10 albums, 3 EPs, and 9 singles, earning fans across more than106 countries.

Rautenbach recently celebrated a career milestone with a win at the prestigious Aitsa Music Awards for his composition Neverending, alongside four additional nominations. His music combines classical foundations with modern, cinematic, and ambient influences, appealing to a wide international audience.

Before his solo success, Jacques built his career as a studio drummer, performing and recording with South Africa’s top Afrikaans artists—including Bok van Blerk, Steve Hofmeyr, Kurt Darren, and Bobby van Jaarsveld—and contributing to more than 10 gold and platinum albums.

International recognition has followed, with Jacques' music receiving airplay in seven countries and topping charts such as ReverbNation’s Global Classical Chart and iTunes Classical in both South Africa and Belarus. He has collaborated with global talents like Dave Koz, Hugh Masekela, Cindy Alter, and Ariella Zeitlin, with performances ranging from intimate concerts to full-scale events.

Currently signed to Alcon/Sleeping Giant Records (ASG Music Group LLC), Jacques offers live performances ranging from solo piano to full ensemble shows for theatres, corporate events, and private venues.
